Job Summary:

  We are seeking an experienced Senior Market Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, market trends, and consumer behavior. The position holder will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, developing insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Study and understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences;
  • Collect information about customers, sales trends, products, key competitors, pricing models, sales and methods of operation to direct future business and marketing plans;
  • Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods;
  • Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices;
  • Manage and organize information with statistical software conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys;
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the current marketing programs and strategies of the company;
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for product expansion;
  • Analyzing consumer preferences to determine the potential sales of a product;
  • Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and produce substantiated recommendations;
  • Simplifying complex data into a user-friendly format, such as graphs, charts, and other visual aids;
  • Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the organization;
  • Advise management on new innovations in the area of market research, and create new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace;
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales and Marketing Director.

Requirements

Academic qualification 

  • Degree in Marketing Management or related fields

Additional qualifications 

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential; 
  • Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases and MS Office;
  • Analytical aptitude and data-oriented approach;
  • Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and strategy;
  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • 5+ years of work experience in the fields
