• Schedule and follow through on calls with current and prospective customers.
• Prioritize and facilitate customers’ requests according to urgencies and sales needs.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a sales team
• Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective customers.
• Inform customers on current promotion activities and discounts.
• Respond to customers’ requests accurately.
• Advise customers on suitable products/services that best suit their needs.
• Work out detailed sales plans/strategies to promote new products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain positive business-customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review.
• Source and work customer referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales plans.
• Monitor work performances and timely fill gaps to address customers’ needs.

Additional qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential (local regional language is an additional asset)
• Ability to work in a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, and result-oriented
• Well-organized work ethic
• Sales promotion and assessment skills

Requirements

Academic qualification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, and/or Management

Years of experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in related fields
