We are looking for experienced HR Executives, who will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations and supporting the full employee lifecycle within our organization. The position holder will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To provide support in various Human Resource Functions to ensure the smooth functioning of Business Operations;
- Be updated about new amendments in the labor laws and provide necessary information to the country head for the betterment of the organization;
- Provide necessary information to the employees on their benefits/ grievances as requested by them;
- Co-operate with the labor authorities in case of any inspection labor dispute
- Partner with the operations manager/ country head for building a culture wherein performance is rewarded;
- Monitor monthly performance scores and suggest/ implement necessary interventions for maintaining/ improving the same;
- Visit the market and work with the employees to understand the work climate within the organization
- Updating and submission of the weekly, monthly and any other reports as agreed/ informed by the senior management
- Analyze data and provide suggestions to the stakeholders for the betterment of the organization

- Inform the management about any deviation from the processes; Suggest and drive corrective action with regard to any deviation
- Communicate relevant information to the stakeholders and sensitize the relevant stakeholders about the critical aspects of the employee life cycle;
- Work closely with the field team and collect adequate and relevant information on a weekly basis;
- Provide necessary information and follow up on any labor dispute;
- Assist in performance management processes
Academic qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR or related fields

- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Years of experience:
- 3+ years of experience in the Human Resource Management field, preferably in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous
