We are hiring for a dedicated and experienced Fleet Supervisor who will be responsible to supervises and performs vehicle and equipment acquisition, maintenance and repair; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs more technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in the preparation and administration of the department budget by monitoring expenditures;
- Ensures the proper maintenance, repair and storage of all shop tools and equipment;
- Performing repairs on various types of pumps, motors, valves, gasoline and diesel engines;
- Determines requirements for spare parts, supplies, and materials inventory; assists in preparation of specifications for equipment;
- Coordinate programs for preventive maintenance; manages and analyzes operation and maintenance costs;
- Prepares reports on equipment and supply utilization and status of budget consumption;
- Monitor vehicle certificates and insurance renewal status and update records accordingly;
- Coordinates and monitors operations of fleet services staff and controls quality of work;
- Manage Driver license renewal and ensure the annual health inspection report is done correctly;
- Handle accident assessment and report compilation of mandatory activities for claim settlement;
- Create a positive and partnership business relationship with supplier, garages, insurance companies and other governmental organization;
- Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Academic qualification
- BA in Logistics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
Additional qualifications
Years of experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a fleet management role
