Job Summary:

we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury spa facility. The Spa Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction while managing a team of spa professionals, maintaining spa standards, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of wellness and spa treatments, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.  

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the spa, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
  • Supervise and lead a team of spa therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and support staff, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service.
  • Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all staff members are knowledgeable about services, products, and customer service expectations;
  • Maintain and manage spa schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and reducing customer wait times;
  • Monitor spa budgets, track financial performance, and create strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs;
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels of spa products, equipment, and supplies;
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offerings, and special packages to attract and retain clients;
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring repeat visits and long-term loyalty;
  • Ensure the spa maintains its aesthetic standards and cleanliness, providing a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all guests;
  • Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), client feedback, and other metrics to senior management;
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to enhance the overall guest experience;
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned. 

Educational Background

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and related fields  

Additional Skills

  • Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and products.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and basic business tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the spa industry.
  • Able to stand, walk, and occasional lift packages.
