Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role involves conducting market research, generating leads, creating tailored sales strategies, and working closely with both internal teams and external clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity;
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems;
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs;
  • Create more promotion ideas for the sales volume, and relationship with existing and new clients;
  • Conduct training and mentorship to other staff and offer them technical skills to improve sales;
  • Work on new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant information;
  • Creating and maintaining a list database of prospective clients and information;
  • Build strong relationships with the existing portfolio and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets;
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies;
  • Attend meetings, workshops, trade-shows, exhibitions and conferences to attract existing and new clients;
  • Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients;
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, forecasting and maintaining short- and long-term business development plans;
  • Help the marketing members develop advertising and promotion programs;
  • Performs other tasks given by the Manager as required. 

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent experience in communication skills, both spoken and written;
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities;
  • Able to possess a proactive approach to nurturing business opportunities;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong time management, goal-oriented and organizational skills;
  • Able to create and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
  • Ability to work in teamwork and individually without supervision.

Academic Qualification:

  • BA Degree of Marketing Management, Business Administration,  Information Technology or related fields;

Years of experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar field
