Job Summary:

On behalf of our client who is a leading real estate company, we are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the company. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training and development, compensation and benefits, and more. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure the organization’s HR practices align with our business goals and foster a positive work environment.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent in the real estate sector, including job postings, interviews, and on-boarding;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment;
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans;
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance, and foster career growth;
  • Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and other compensation-related matters to ensure competitiveness in the real estate industry;
  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of all employee records, including personnel files, incoming/outgoing letters, and staff history files;
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, real estate industry-specific regulations, and internal policies;
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and growth initiatives;
  • Develop programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture;
  • Develop and structure the organization to support growth, incorporating best practices to optimize workforce efficiency;
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies outlined in the HR Manual and compliance with all governmental rules and regulations;
  • Provide regular reports to management, supporting data-driven decision-making in areas such as recruitment, performance, and staff retention.

 Requirements:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization;
  • Proven working experience as HR manager;
  • People-oriented and result-driven;
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
  • Leadership and sound decision-making skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices;

Academic Qualifications

  • Degree/MSc. in Human Resource, Management or related business fields.

 Experience: 8+ years of experience, a strong background in the real estate or property management sector is an added advantage.
