Job Position: Outdoor Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer on behalf of our client, a leader in merchandising construction finishing materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, and effectively presenting and promoting our client's range of services. This role involves negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities in the construction sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of construction finishing materials to contractors, builders, architects, and other potential customers in various outdoor environments, including trade shows, outdoor markets, and job sites.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect potential clients to build a strong pipeline for the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact for product advice and tailored solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits to engage with clients, provide product demonstrations, and assess their needs to recommend suitable products.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives independently, managing time and resources efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and progress using our CRM system.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community outreach activities to increase brand and attract new business.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in marketing and networking activities to increase brand awareness and expand market presence.

Requirements

Academic qualification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, and/or Management

Additional qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in an outdoor or field-based role.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and stay active throughout the day.
• A passion for outdoor activities and engaging with people in a dynamic setting.
