The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices and policies with business objectives. This position involves collaborating closely with senior leadership and department heads to deliver HR solutions that enhance organizational performance, drive employee engagement, and support business growth. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, ensuring that HR initiatives are tailored to meet the specific needs of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business;
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Identifies training needs for business units and participates in the evaluation and monitoring of the training programs to ensure level of achievement;
- Closely work with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity as well as retention;
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development;
- Develop people strategies and design approaches for enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction;
- Collaborate with the HR team to accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver the highest business results;
- Conducting workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps, and developing succession plans to support organizational growth;
- Leading and participating in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Assist in driving business growth from an organization and talent perspective;
- Carrying out other necessary Human Resource activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to lead, drive change, and influence decision-makers;
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to influence business decisions;
- Experience in handling complex employee relations issues;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Capable to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels;
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development strategies.
Academic Qualifications
- Degree/MSc. in HR Management, Management or related business fields.
Experience: 6+ Years of experience, manufacturing industry experience is an added value
