Job Summary:

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our talented team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about driving business growth and establishing meaningful relationships with potential clients. The Position holder will be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying opportunities, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring a steady flow of sales opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demos, or consultations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to improve lead generation strategies and overall business development processes.
  • Assist with the development and execution of outbound sales campaigns to increase market presence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
  • Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and gather market insights.

Requirements

Academic qualification 

  • BA Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field

Additional qualifications 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills; 
  • Ability to uncover potential business opportunities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent organization skill in a fast-paced environment;
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for driving business success;
  • Comfortable with using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Years of experience: 4-5 years proven experience in a sales or business development role
