Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Specialist who will be responsible for supporting and executing key HR functions that align with our mission to attract, develop, and retain top talent. The selected person will work closely with department heads and employees to implement HR policies and practices that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall service excellence.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from creating job postings to screening resumes, interviewing candidates;
  • Facilitate and manage new employee on boarding to ensure a seamless transition into the company;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures;
  • Support the performance appraisal process and  assist in setting clear expectations, and effectively evaluate evaluation criteria;
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify skills gaps and recommend relevant training and development programs to enhance employee performance and service delivery;
  • Assist with administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary bench marking, bonuses, health benefits, and leave management;
  • Ensure company policies are compliant with labor laws and industry regulations, and communicate updates to employees in a timely manner;
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and creating a positive, service-oriented work culture.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and analyze data to support decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Other Task assigned by HR Manger as required;

Academic qualification 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources or related business fields

Additional qualifications 

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws specific to the service industry;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment;
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a positive employee experience;
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Years of experience: 

  • 6+ years of experience, preferably in the Manufacturing sector is advantageous
