Job Position: Export Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Manager to lead and manage our international sales and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing global business opportunities, ensuring smooth export logistics, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This is a strategic role that combines sales, supply chain, and regulatory oversight, with the goal of expanding our presence in global markets and optimizing the end-to-end export process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and develop all PR elements of the marketing strategy for allocated products and brands;
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align export strategies with brand positioning in international markets;
• Plan and organize resources to meet shipping and dispatch schedules, particularly during peak periods;
• Evaluate current export processes to identify opportunities to reduce risk and minimize costs;
• Maintain and enhance export classification procedures, ensuring full compliance and enforcement;
• Ensure the company complies with all relevant international trade laws and government regulations;
• Manage the performance and services of third-party vendors and logistics providers;
• Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance the global export strategy;
• Maintain accurate records of exported products, including specifications, designs, and images;
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on export operations, performance, and issues;
• Lead and develop a customer-focused export support team through effective coaching and leadership;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, transport companies, financial institutions, and other relevant parties;
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor in support of export functions.

Academic qualification 

• MA/BA in logistics, Procurement and Supply Management/Business Management or related fields

Years of experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a comparable position;
