Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Account Manager / IT Solutions Consultant/, who will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless delivery of technology solutions tailored to their business needs. This role combines technical knowledge, client relationship management, and strategic consulting to support clients from initial needs assessment through to implementation and ongoing support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the principal advisor to senior clients, understanding their business vision and translating it into actionable technology roadmaps;
  • Cultivate executive relationships to position the organization as a long-term strategic partner;
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend innovative, scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives;
  • Lead the end-to-end solutioning process: from business analysis, requirements gathering, to architecture design and delivery oversight;
  • Provide expert guidance on CRM/ERP platforms, system integrations, digital automation tools, and cloud infrastructure;
  • Oversee multiple enterprise-level implementation projects concurrently;
  • Manage timelines, budgets, scope, and cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and third-party vendors;
  • Establish program governance frameworks and ensure delivery quality aligns with SLAs and client expectations;
  • Identify industry trends and recommend solutions that future-proof client operations;
  • Conduct technical audits and maturity assessments to optimize systems and processes;
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous service improvements;
  • Facilitate internal training, documentation, and capability building across the consulting practice;
  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for junior consultants and project teams.

Requirements

Academic qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Additional qualifications 

  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.), cloud-based solutions, and systems integration;
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sectors such as logistics, e-commerce, and services;
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale IT transformation programs;
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Knowledge of various programming and scripting languages.

Years of experience: 

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing IT consulting, technical account management, or enterprise solution delivery.
