Job Position: Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst who is responsible to support the team in gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to help stakeholders make informed decisions. You will work with structured datasets, contribute to reporting, and assist in building data visualizations that provide valuable business insights. Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and maintain data from various internal systems and external sources;
• Assist in generating regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments;
• Create basic data visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau;
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data and report findings;
• Support data validation and integrity checks to ensure accuracy;
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure data quality and consistency;
• Document processes, data dictionaries, and reporting procedures for future reference;
• Other tasks instructed by supervisor

Requirements

Academic qualification 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

Additional qualifications 

• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Basic understanding of databases and data analysis techniques;
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment;
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team;
• A willingness to learn and grow in the IT field;
• Internships, or technical coursework is a plus.

Years of experience: 

• 6+months of experience in IT support or a related field at a company level
