Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Liaison Officer to become a vital link between our organization and our external stakeholders. In this role, you will serve as a trusted bridge across multiple channels of communication with authorities, partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure collaboration is smooth, professional, and mutually beneficial. You will orchestrate timely updates on policy changes, regulatory requirements, and project developments, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights for internal teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary communication link between the organization and external stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, partners, and service providers;
  • Actively manage correspondence, inquiries, and requests to ensure timely and professional responses;
  • Facilitate clear communication between internal departments and external entities to support smooth project execution;
  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and follow-up of permits, licenses, and other regulatory documents;
  • Monitor changes in regulations or policies and ensure that the organization remains compliant;
  • Maintain updated records of all interactions and approvals with government offices and regulatory authorities;
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust;
  • Represent the organization professionally during meetings, negotiations, and official events;
  • Provide regular updates to management on stakeholder needs, feedback, and emerging issues;
  • Coordinate logistics and support activities related to external meetings, events, and site visits;
  • Ensure smooth communication between project teams and partners to avoid operational delays;
  • Act as a problem-solver by identifying and addressing potential challenges in communication or workflows;
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries of interactions, agreements, and follow-up actions;
  • Draft correspondence, meeting notes, and official letters for management review;
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on stakeholder feedback and observations;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives requiring external coordination;
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

Academic qualification 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

Addition Skill

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and procedures is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organized
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Experience:  

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a liaison, public relations, or administrative role
