Job Summary:

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Market Intelligence and Commercial Analyst, who will be in charge to gather, analyze, and interpret market and competitor data, transforming it into meaningful insights that guide business development, product positioning, and pricing strategies. The incumbent will work closely with the commercial and business development teams to evaluate new market opportunities, improve profitability, and enhance our competitive edge.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor bench marking, pricing trends, and demand forecasts;
  • Track emerging industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic shifts to identify risks and opportunities;
  • Create detailed market insight reports and presentations for senior management;
  • Support the development and optimization of pricing strategies based on market data, margin analysis, and competitive positioning;
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses and revenue projections for proposed projects and deals;
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reports to monitor commercial performance, sales trends, and market share;
  • Maintain and analyze historical data to forecast demand and identify patterns for strategic planning;
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of market and sales data in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align commercial strategies with market realities;
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer acquisition, pricing competitiveness, and overall profitability;
  • Support bid and proposal teams with market data, competitor analysis, and pricing intelligence;
  • Performs other tasks given by the Manager as required. 

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent experience in communication and presentation skills;
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools likeExcel, Power BI, and the like;
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems;
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in teamwork and individually without supervision.

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus;

Years of experience:

  • 5+ years in market research, commercial analysis, or business intelligence, experience in technology section is a plus;
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling, and market forecasting.
