We are looking for an Account Executive, who is responsible for manages client relationships, drives sales growth, and ensures client satisfaction by acting as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, developing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking performance to achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, sales, and strategic thinking skills across various industries such as advertising, marketing, and finance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients, and manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster growth and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including creating and delivering compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay informed about industry trends, and understand competitor activities.
- Work with various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Monitor client performance, track sales data, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals and secure business.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for client success
- Familiarity with digital marketing and sales automation tools
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in a sales or account executive role
