Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen market presence and customer engagement. This role works closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about brand development, with the ability to balance creativity and operational execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to build brand awareness and market growth;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, including advertising, digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches;
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate insights that inform brand decisions;
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality content, visuals, and promotional materials that reflect brand standards;
  • Monitor brand consistency across all communication platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines;
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports highlighting results, insights, and recommendations;
  • Collaborate with sales, digital, and events teams to align brand messaging with overall business objectives;
  • Support administrative tasks such as budget tracking, documentation, and vendor coordination;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging marketing tools;
  • Performs other tasks given by the immediate supervisor. 

Academic Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or related fields;

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication and content development skills;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and creative collaboration platforms;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Years of experience: 2+ years of experience in similar field.
