We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Brand Development Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility, consistency, and value across multiple platforms and channels. Working closely with the marketing, design, sales, and product teams, this role ensures that the brand remains relevant, competitive, and aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the creation and execution of brand development strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty;
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communications and touchpoints;
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify brand opportunities and refine positioning;
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and brand assets;
- Coordinate branding efforts across digital, print, retail, social media, and event platforms;
- Assist in the launch and promotion of new products or services, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and image;
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and analytics, and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement;
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
Years of experience:
- 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related creative/strategic marketing role.
Additional Skill:
- Strong understanding of branding principles, digital marketing, and consumer behavior;
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills;
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies;
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences;
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly creative with a strong visual and strategic sense.
