Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Chief People Officer to lead key HR initiatives and support the development of a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional ready to take ownership of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while working closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's mission, goals, and values;
  • Leads talent acquisition, development, performance management, succession planning, and employee retention efforts. 
  • Shapes and cultivates a positive organizational culture focused on collaboration, employee engagement, and a strong sense of purpose;
  • Drives the strategy and implementation of DEI initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace;
  • Designs and manages competitive total reward programs, including compensation and benefits, to attract and retain talent; 
  • Manages organizational design, transformation efforts, and the implementation of policies that support strategic goals; 
  • Ensures the organization complies with labor laws and creates a safe, fair, and supportive work environment for all employees;
  • Utilizes HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of people management strategies. 

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • HR certifications are a plus

Work experience: 

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing sector.
