Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Commercial Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive commercial growth. This role requires a strong blend of market insight, brand leadership, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s business objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, creative, and capable of translating market opportunities into effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial marketing strategies that support business growth and brand positioning;
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels;
  • Conduct market analysis and customer segmentation to inform product positioning and promotional activities;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and sales targets;
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, promotional materials, and brand assets;
  • Manage the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media, and online campaigns;
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors;
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines, organizational standards, and market regulations;
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff to support departmental objectives.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills;
  • Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems is an added advantage;
  • Strong leadership, team coordination and customer relationship management;
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management;
  • Results-driven mindset with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in commercial or service-oriented industries.
