We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales function and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships. This role requires strong leadership, commercial insight, and the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate high-value deals, and deliver exceptional client service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach;
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the corporate sector;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders;
- Lead and support the corporate sales team in delivering high-quality client solutions;
- Conduct regular market assessments to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning;
- Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contract negotiations for major accounts;
- Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and promotional campaigns;
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports with actionable recommendations;
- Ensure all customer engagements reflect the organization’s service standards and brand values;
- Represent the company at networking events, client visits, and corporate presentations.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales strategies and manage high-value corporate clients;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;
- Excellent presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation abilities;
- Experience in B2B sales within service-oriented sectors is an added advantage;
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools;
- Strong leadership, team coordination and customer relationship management
Work Experience:
- Minimum 6–8 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
