Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, content creation, and performance tracking. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.  

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company’s vision.
  • Perform market research and strategy with other marketing professionals Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  • Responsible for helping maintain a brand by working on marketing campaigns Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind.
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy and activities.
  • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities.
  • Create various digital content formats including websites, blogs, articles, animated explainer videos, audio podcasts.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality digital content.
  • Implement innovative digital campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics to achieve measurable results.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintaining the online presence and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in electronic marketing/Digital Marketing;
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding;
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
  • Excellent Creativity, Financial Strategy, Data Tracking skill;

Academic Qualification:

  • BA Degree of Marketing Management, Information Technology or related fields;

Years of experience: 3+ years of experience in similar field
