Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR and Admin Assistant who will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and on boarding, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. The HR and Admin Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the HR department, from managing documentation to supporting company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in all HR administration tasks including updating staff database, arranging interviews, and facilitate onboarding and induction processes.
  • Assist vacancies announcements on different newsletters & social media and other job portals for the timely collection of appropriate resumes.
  • Screen applicants as per the requirement set for the position and identify the long-listed candidates for a further process.
  • Compile personnel records for new joiners in line with the organization’s HR guidelines.
  • Maintain and regularly update the human resources database and prepare monthly headcount reports.
  • Conduct staff registration for insurance, pension and other requirements in a timely manner.
  • Support training units in scheduling training programs and actively facilitate the process.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences in a professional manner.
  • Review office newsletters and prepare a summary for bids announcement related to the company objectives.
  • Prepare and settle monthly government tax dues to the appropriate concerned body.
  • Deposit collected cash/checks to respective bank account and report to finance unit.
  • Follow-up payments status with the client by consulting the finance officer.
  • Ensures office running budgets are not overspent, identifying variations and taking corrective action
  • Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

Academic qualification 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management or related fields

Additional qualifications 

  • Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential 
  • Excellent inter and Intra-personal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organized and have a positive attitude
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Years of experience: 

  • 1+ years’ experience in the fields
