We are looking for a Human Resource Manager who plays a strategic role in acquiring the right talent that is essential to building a strong company and capable workforce that will support a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. The role also ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes a positive workplace environment, and supports organizational growth through effective people management and strategic HR initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems;
- Review, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Develop the organizational structure to support future growth, using best practice principles;
- Monitor the proper documentation of personnel files, incoming and outgoing letters, staff history files, and other documentation;
- Serve as a bridge between the management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Review current remuneration plan and benefits packages and conduct a market survey as required;
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation; including minimizing their occurrence;
- Developing and managing performance management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations;
- Manage the training and development plans and ensure they are of a high standard and address identified performance gaps;
- Handling workplace investigations, and taking disciplinary actions including contract termination procedures as required;
- Ensure data protection is complied with and personnel records are maintained to a high standard;
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety rules;
- Assess needs assessment and plans to conduct appropriate and cost-effective training programs;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
- Adhere to the requirements set by the HR Manual and the governmental rules and regulations;
- Carrying out other necessary Human Resource related administrative duties.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related business fields.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an HR manager;
- People-oriented and results-driven;
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Leadership and sound decision-making skills;
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices;
Experience: 8+ Years of experience, manufacturing industry experience is an added value
