Job Position: Junior IT Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst who supports the IT department in maintaining and improving technology systems across the organization. This role involves assisting with system analysis, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues;
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure;
• Support the analysis of system performance and recommend improvements;
• Help document IT procedures, system configurations, and user guides;
• Participate in IT projects, testing, and rollout of new applications or systems;
• Collaborate with users and teams to gather feedback on IT services.;
• Maintain asset inventories and ensure software licensing compliance;
• Other tasks instructed by supervisor

Requirements

Academic qualification 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Additional qualifications 

• Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT troubleshooting;
• Familiarity with help desk tools or ticketing systems is a plus;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies;
• Internship experience in IT support is a plus.

Years of experience: 

• 6 months of experience in IT support or a related field at a company level
