We are hiring a Junior Liaison Officer, who provides administrative and communication support to ensure smooth coordination between the organization and its external partners, clients, and government offices. The role involves assisting in managing correspondence, facilitating document processing, following up on approvals or permits, and maintaining positive working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate any documents and processes that are required by the government;
- Apply for work permits and residence permits for all international staff and ensure they are renewed before the due date;
- Make hotel reservations, booking for domestic and international flights, airport pickups and drops for all international and national staff and/ guests;
- Prepares new office rent agreements and follows-up renewals processes all the time;
- Processes travel documentation such as passports, visas and air ticket arrangements;
- Facilitates the import/export of personal belongings of all international staff;
- Handle all office facilities activities including leasing telephone, water and electricity;
- Communicate successfully with clients, customers and entities outside of the business;
- Submit letters to concerned government/ non-governmental offices and provide an explanation as necessary;
- Handle workshop and training arrangements including, printing and purchasing of items;
- Work closely with banks for processing payment and other issues including advise collection;
- Keep lists of partners, vendors, suppliers and agencies along with their representative;
- Handle any issues that required the presence of a representation from the company;
- Follow up import item clearance, including duty-free process;
- Handle monthly tax and pension declaration including annual tax clearances;
- Follow up on annual company vehicle technical inspection, registration process and vehicle arrangements;
- Maintain proper documentation for all administration records both in hard and soft copy;
- Performs any other duties related to import, and export that is assigned;
Requirements
Academic qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or related fields

Work Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in similar roles, like liaising and/ general service activities
