We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Coordinator to join our Trade Marketing team. The position plays a vital role in strengthening and expanding key account partnerships to drive sustainable sales growth and enhance brand visibility. The Key Accounts Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, managing day-to-day relationships, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring our products are optimally positioned across key account channels. This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and exceptional client management skills to deliver impactful business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account clients;
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, ensure customer satisfaction, and strengthen brand presence;
- Coordinate visibility enhancement activities and promotional support across key outlets;
- Develop and update comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and optimize product placement;
- Track and analyze performance against targets and strategic KPIs; recommend adjustments as needed;
- Support negotiation of contract terms and commercial agreements with key accounts;
- Work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and proper execution of contracts;
- Conduct accurate sales forecasts using market data, historical account trends, and insights;
- Prepare detailed reports covering account performance, competitive activity, and business opportunities;
- Partner with marketing, trade, and product development teams to create targeted promotions and in-store initiatives;
- Ensure key accounts have up-to-date marketing materials, product knowledge, and sales tools;
- Coordinate in-store executions, visibility drives, product availability checks, and promotional rollouts;
- Monitor compliance with trade agreements, promotional plans, and merchandising standards.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Excellent presentation, and reporting abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;

Year of Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing, or sales (FMCG experience is an advantage).
