We are looking for a Logistics and Inventory Controller, who will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s overall logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials, accurate stock management, and timely distribution of products to meet business and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in inventory control, logistics coordination, and warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics and inventory activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations;
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records in ERP or other systems;
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products;
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies;
- Manage warehouse space utilization and optimize storage layouts;
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment on stock requirements;
- Prepare and share regular reports on inventory status, stock aging, and logistics performance;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all logistics operations;
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse and logistics personnel;
- Liaise with transportation providers to ensure prompt and cost-effective deliveries.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related fields

Working experience: 4+ years of proven experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse management.
