We are seeking an experienced and visionary National Sales Manager to lead our countrywide sales operations and drive sustainable business growth. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the national sales strategy, building high-performing teams, and ensuring strong market presence across all regions. The successful candidate will oversee sales planning, performance monitoring, and customer relationship management while working closely with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, strengthening distribution networks, and positioning our brand competitively in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with company goals;
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments;
- Drive sales growth through effective planning, forecasting, and pipeline management;
- Lead, mentor, and inspire regional sales managers and their teams to achieve sales targets;
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring performance accountability across all regions;
- Build a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners;
- By monitoring the market trends, negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with national accounts;
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives;
- Oversee sales reporting, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting at the national level;
- Ensure consistent customer experience and brand positioning across all regions;
- Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources;
- rack revenue performance and profitability of sales activities while identifying risks in sales execution and implementing effective mitigation strategies;
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market expansion, pricing, and product development.
- Represent the company at national-level trade shows, business forums, and industry associations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
Additional Skills:
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, distribution networks, and customer relationship management;
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market reach;
- Proven track record in sales leadership, market expansion, and revenue growth;
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country;
- Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
