We are looking a Production Coordinator manages the daily operations of a production office, serving as the central hub for logistics, administration, and communication between departments. Key duties include creating call sheets and schedules, managing vendor relationships, coordinating crew travel and visas, tracking budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements.
- Ensure the proper planning, implementation, and controlling of the product design & development, capacity, process, facility layout, and production technology & resources of the production department;
- Facilitate and realize the proper implementation of production standards and policies;
- Create and enhance products that fill a niche in the market and allow their clients to remain competitive;
- Facilitate and realize the proper implementation of production standards and policies;
- Ensure proper implementation of Environmental, Health and Safety guidelines and Policies;
- Take part in all safety awareness programs and advise safety supervisors to keep;
- Facilitate and approve personnel requirement and plans production-related material requirement of the department;
- Lead and direct the product development activities including formulation, process operations, packaging and quality control;
- Support the manufacturing process of new product development through laboratory and pilot experimentation;
- Monitor the market trends to develop plans that will increase sales, establish deadlines, and ensure the product development teams are on schedule;
- Identify better opportunities for efficient product development and applications of the new process with the existing portfolio;
- Work closely with the Sales and Manufacturing team to improve product development and client relationships;
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential product opportunities.
- Other product development tasks as assigned;
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical engineering, Electrical engineering and other related fields,

Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in production, Technology, Research & Development processing or Manufacturing role.
