Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic Production Technicians who will be responsible for supporting daily production operations by operating machinery, monitoring production processes, performing quality checks, and ensuring that products are manufactured in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and customer specifications. This role plays a key part in ensuring production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and maintaining product quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery, equipment, and tools as per standard operating procedures (SOPs);
  • Assist in setting up machines and preparing materials required for production runs;
  • Follow daily production schedules and work instructions to meet output targets;
  • Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues with machines and escalate complex issues to maintenance;
  • Conduct routine quality checks during the production process to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards;
  • Report and document any defects, deviations, or non-conformity immediately;
  • Follow safety guidelines, use protective equipment, and ensure a clean and safe working environment;
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies all the time;
  • Participate in safety drills, equipment training, and continuous improvement programs;
  • Complete production logs, shift reports, and machine maintenance records accurately;
  • Support inventory management by recording material usage and reporting shortages;
  • Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements and equipment efficiency;
  • Support cross-functional activities such as maintenance, warehouse, or quality control when required;
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets;
  • Assist new employees with training on basic production processes and steps.

Requirements

Academic qualification 

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines;
  • Physically fit to handle production-related tasks (lifting, standing for long hours, etc.).

Years of experience: 

  • 0–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. internship or entry-level experience acceptable.
