Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and energetic Promotions & Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and brand activation. This role plays a key part in enhancing brand visibility, engaging customers, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating multiple activities at once.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, brand activation, and marketing campaigns;
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, equipment, materials, and vendors;
  • Support the preparation of promotional content, materials, and displays;
  • Engage with customers during events and promotional activities to enhance brand experience;
  • Communicate with internal team, clients and external partners;
  • Monitor event performance and gather customer feedback to support post-event evaluations;
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events and promotional activities;
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align events with brand guidelines and strategic objectives;
  • Support administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and documentation;
  • Assist with on-site event support, including mount and organize signs and other display materials;
  • Assist with any other event-related duties assigned by the supervisor;
  • Performs other tasks given by the immediate supervisor. 

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Communication or related fields;

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities;
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Proven customer service orientation;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during events or activation.

Years of experience: 2+ years of experience prior experience in events, promotions, or customer engagement is an added advantage;
