Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee and maintain the quality assurance processes for our products. The QC Manager will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and improving quality control systems, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in quality control processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the company’s quality control policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations;
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of QC inspectors and staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations;
  • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests of products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications;
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of production;
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues and non-conformity, working with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions;
  • Manage the process for sampling, testing, and inspection, ensuring accurate and timely results are reported;
  • Maintain and update quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality metrics;
  • Continuously monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization;
  • Ensure that all quality control activities comply with local, national, and international regulatory standards;
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of imported materials meets company standards;
  • Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and lead problem-solving initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Years of Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Additional Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques;
  • Strong leadership and management experience to develop a high-performing team;
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
