Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting sales and marketing activities, coordinating campaigns, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring smooth operations between sales, marketing, and other departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track sales activities, ensuring alignment with targets and objectives;
  • Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and pipeline updates for management;
  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation, quotation management, and order processing;
  • Monitor sales KPIs and assist in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels;
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials;
  • Manage social media accounts, post updates, and track engagement metrics;
  • Support event planning, trade shows, product launches, and other promotional activities;
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives;
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities;
  • Maintain databases of customer information, market insights, and campaign results;
  • Act as the link between sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing documentation;
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales and marketing operations;
  • Keep up to date with new sales and marketing tools, technologies, and best practices;
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by his/her immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related field

Additional Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role
