We are hiring a capable Sales Executive who will serve as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality sales environment by upholding organizational standards. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as the role involves understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and maintaining long-term professional partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
- Facilitate customer orders & payment collections by answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products;
- Develop effective sales strategies, both individually and as part of a sales team;
- Organizes sales visits, demonstrates and presents products, establishes new business relationships and maintains accurate records;
- Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for sales strategy development;
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
- Maintain positive business-customer relationships in the effort to ensure customers’ satisfaction;
- Thoroughly track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc.;
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Analyze sales channels using buyers' profiles to guide achievement of sales performance;
- Initiate working-level relationships with sales networks and leads to support sales objectives;
- Participate in a different bid, facilitate bid documents and negotiate contracts and packages;
- Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings as required;
- Reviews sales performance against the monthly or annual targets;
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by his/her immediate supervisor
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Marketing Management and other related fields.

- Proficiency in English both writing and speaking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Ability to influence and create and positive attitude
- Self initiative and result oriented
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
