Job Summary:

Our company SARIA Consultancy is looking for a sales officer who will be responsible for generating revenue, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, understanding and presenting our services, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule and follow through on calls with current and prospective customers;
  • Prioritize and facilitate customers’ requests according to urgencies and sales needs;
  • In collaboration with the sales manager, develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of the team;
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and promote brand awareness;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking;
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed;
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers;
  • Maintain positive business-customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for management review;
  • Work out detailed sales plans/strategies to promote new services to existing and prospective customers;
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints;
  • Monitor work performances and timely fill gaps to address customers’ needs.

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, and/or Management

Additional qualifications

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and target-driven attitude
  • Well-organized able to prioritize 
  • Sales promotion and assessment skills
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Years of experience: Minimum of 6+ months  experience in similar roles
