Job Summary:

We are hiring a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to lead the optimization of our sales processes, drive team performance, and support revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in aligning sales operations with broader business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline processes, and ensuring the sales organization is fully equipped to meet ambitious growth targets. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the management of sales tools, performance metrics, and forecasting models while providing operational support to sales leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously refine sales processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience;
  • Define and track KPIs to measure sales performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement;
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales team productivity through process automation and technology adoption;
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify performance trends, revenue opportunities, and areas for improvement;
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making by sales leadership and senior management;
  • Develop and manage reliable forecasting models to predict sales performance and align business planning;
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms;
  • Train and support the sales team to effectively utilize sales tools and ensure compliance with best practices;
  • Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and enhancing system functionality;
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, set sales goals, and design sales incentive/compensation plans;
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure seamless alignment of objectives, campaigns, and execution;
  • Contribute to customer retention and growth initiatives through data-driven insights and operational improvements;
  • Provide the sales team with necessary training, enablement materials, and operational support to enhance performance;
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base of sales processes, policies, and tools for continuous improvement;
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within the sales organization.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools;
  • Demonstrated experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics;
  • Capable of working cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions, improve decision-making, and maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and automation tools;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills;
  • Ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and manage competing priorities;

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
