We are looking for Senior Business Development Executive, who is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role involves overseeing the sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and mentoring junior business development staff to ensure long-term organizational success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain and expand the company’s client database by networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors.
- Develop and implement long-term business development and sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Generate new leads, qualify potential clients, and build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.
- Work with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Track sales metrics, monitor progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Mentor and train junior team members and lead business development efforts.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
