Job Position: SPA Supervisor

Job Summary:

The SPA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and leading a team of talented therapists and attendants. You will have a hands-on role in creating a welcoming and calming environment for our clients while managing spa procedures and operations efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, from guest check-in to treatment completion;
• Establish and maintain spa protocols and operating procedures to ensure consistency in service quality;
• Ensure that all spa equipment is properly maintained, and arrange for necessary repairs and replacements as needed;
• Manage the booking system and oversee the allocation of treatments, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimal wait times for clients;
• Ensure exceptional customer service by anticipating and meeting client needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit;
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the client’s satisfaction;
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spa treatments and services to advise clients on their best options and create personalized experiences;
• Ensure that the spa atmosphere is always relaxing, clean, and conducive to the ultimate spa experience;
• Oversee spa inventory, ensuring adequate levels of treatment products, linens, and equipment are stocked and readily available;
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely restocking and to negotiate pricing and delivery terms when required;
• Ensure the spa operates in compliance with local health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards, workplace safety, and treatment protocols;
• Oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of all spa areas, ensuring that equipment, treatment rooms, and public spaces are disinfected and properly maintained.

Educational Background

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and related fields  
• Proven experience on the procedures of Massage and Morocco bath, Facial, Makeup, Nail Art and hair styling  

Years of experience:

3+ years proven experience on the procedures of Massage and Morocco bath, Facial, Makeup, Nail Art and hair styling  

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness protocols;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism;
• Basic knowledge of spa software systems is an advantage;
• Certification or relevant training in spa therapy or wellness is desirable.
