Job Position: Supply Chain Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Supply Chain Officer who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. The role ensures that the supply chain processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services;
• Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstock situations;
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and information;
• Oversee transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers or production sites;
• Track shipments, handle customs clearance processes, and resolve logistical challenges;
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, procurement, and supplier performance;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards;
• Generate periodic supply chain reports for management decision-making.

Academic qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement practices, and inventory management;
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Years of experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement roles.;
