We are hiring a Transport and Fleet Coordinator responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, utilization, and maintenance of the organization’s fleet and warehouse resources. This role involves planning, assigning, and supervising daily vehicle usage and driver activities, ensuring timely servicing, preventive maintenance, and accurate vehicle documentation. The Coordinator also manages warehouse inventory, tools, and supplies, coordinates replenishment requests, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, prioritize, assign, and supervise the work of the fleet team to ensure efficient vehicle utilization and timely deliveries;
- Conduct spot checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and meet safety standards;
- Ensure routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs of program vehicles are carried out on time; initiate requisitions as needed;
- Monitor vehicle locations using the GPS platform and generate reports on location, idle time, and speeding alerts;
- Follow up on all vehicle-related expenses, including fuel and servicing, and ensure timely payments;
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and regulatory filings;
- Complete accurate data entry of daily work logs in the Fleet tracking system;
- Review electronic work orders to ensure timely closure for month-end billings;
- Create and run monthly log reports to monitor fleet performance and assignments;
- Prepare fuel consumption and vehicle cost analysis reports on a monthly basis for management;
- Investigate and resolve fleet-related queries and provide feedback to management;
- Supervise the inventory management of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies stored in warehouses;
- Ensure stock items are protected from damage, theft, and environmental hazards;
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and managers for timely replenishment requests;
- Supervise drivers to ensure they follow efficient routes and have the tools required to complete deliveries;
- Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing and resolving order-level escalations promptly;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate manager to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
Academic qualification
- Bachelors' Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Management or related fields;

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Focus and concentration to understand complex fleet management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Physically able to conduct field works
Years of experience: 3+ years and experience in logistics and fleet management
